    I specialize in providing executive coaching services to lawyers and other high-level professionals through a unique approach that integrates career coaching. Grounded in the renowned Co-Active Coaching method, which is the most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry, I work closely with clients to facilitate lasting changes in mindset and behavior. This helps them achieve their personal and professional goals in a holistic manner through effective coaching.

    ASSESSMENT & CERTIFICATIONS

     I am trained in the Co-Active Coaching method the most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry. Co-Active coaches work with more Fortune 500 companies and their executives than any other coaching qualification.  I am also a Professional Certified Coach through the  International Coaching Federation.  A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) is an experienced coach who has demonstrated advanced knowledge and proficiency in coaching. This credential signifies a commitment to ethical standards and advanced coaching skills

    I am passionate about helping my clients through executive coaching. This form of coaching supports clients in achieving the results that are crucial for their personal success and the long-term success of their organization.


    I believe that my clients are naturally resourceful, creative, and whole, making them the true experts on their own careers. My role as a coach is to draw out this expertise through inquiry, curiosity, and gentle challenges.


    In my career coaching practice, I help clients stretch into their best selves by introducing self-observation exercises and behavioral practices. I remain attentive to my client’s physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual state throughout the coaching process.

    My Background

    I’m an author, executive coach, and management consultant specializing in career coaching. I have worked for a range of legal publications and now consult and coach for organizations around the world, offering insights from my extensive experience in coaching. My first career was in teaching and the performing arts. I am grateful to draw on these skills and experiences in my work in the corporate world, which provide me with unique insights and perspectives!

    The anticipated outcomes of executive coaching for the client include:

    ● Identification of the key behaviors to continue, do more of, do less of, start and stop doing to increase career effectiveness. 

    ● With sufficient client commitment to the process, improvement will be noticeable and measurable on specific career behaviors.

    ● Long term effectiveness for the client, based on increased capacity to achieve results through building and maintaining healthy professional relationships.


    We set a goal or objective for your coaching journey and check in regualrly to assess how you feel progress is going. I wll give you tasks during the coaching engagement to stretch you and ensure you are iteratively changing how you think and what you do.


    I offer 6-month and 12-month blocks. As I focus on transformational change less than a six month commitment will not produce lasting results for you.


      

    My role as a coach is distinct from consulting, advising, therapy, or counseling. However, coaching does address personal issues or life conditions that impact a client’s professional effectiveness.
