Welcome to my website! I am an executive coach specializing in helping professionals achieve their goals and find fulfillment in their careers.
The coaching process is unique to each client and is based on you.

I specialize in providing executive coaching services to lawyers and other high-level professionals. My approach is grounded in the renowned Co-Active Coaching method, the most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry.I work closely with clients to facilitate lasting changes in mindset and behavior, helping them achieve their personal and professional goals in a holistic manner.

● Executive coaching supports clients in achieving the results that are important to their personal success and the long-term success of their organization.
● I believe that my clients are naturally resourceful, creative, and whole. This means that my client is the expert on their own career.
● My role as a coach is to draw out the client’s expertise through inquiry, curiosity, and gentle challenges.
● I help the client to stretch into their best self. To do that, I introduce self-observation exercises and behavioral practices.
● I am always attentive to my client’s physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual state.
I’m an author, executive coach, and management consultant. I have worked for a range of legal publications and now consult and coach for organizations around the world.
My first career was in teaching and the performing arts. I am grateful to draw on these skills and experiences in my work in the corporate world to give me some unique insights and perspectives!
With years of experience in career coaching, I have helped many clients successfully navigate career transitions, negotiate salaries, and improve their job search strategies. My clients come from a variety of industries and backgrounds, and I am proud to have helped them achieve their career goals.

The anticipated outcomes of executive coaching for the client include:
● Identification of the key behaviors to continue, do more of, do less of, start and stop doing to increase career effectiveness.
● With sufficient client commitment to the process, improvement will be noticeable and measurable on specific career behaviors.
● Long term effectiveness for the client, based on increased capacity to achieve results through building and maintaining healthy professional relationships.
We set a goal or objective for your coaching journey and check in regualrly to assess how you feel progress is going. I wll give you tasks during the coaching engagement to stretch you and ensure you are iteratively changing how you think and what you do.
I offer 6-month and 12-month blocks. As I focus on transformational change less than a six month commitment will not produce lasting results for you.
My role as a coach is distinct from consulting, advising, therapy, or counseling. However, coaching does address personal issues or life conditions that impact a client’s professional effectiveness.
What I will do as your coach:

● Ask provocative questions.
● Suggest alternative perspectives and offer tools and strategies for you to fully explore these.
● Be a catalyst for you to act on making your dreams real.
● Provide accountability and support for you as you move forward.

Along with Lloyd M. Johnson Jr working under the banner Chief Legal Executive, I offer team coaching programs that range from half a day to a year long.
What’s unique about our programs:
Our training and development programs work on mindset and behaviors in tandem. This gives
participants a deeper individual understanding of their relationship to being a leader and practical application of this ensuring they are set up for success on their terms.
The hallmark of our training and coaching style:
• It is rooted in the realities of issues faced in your role.
• Learning is experiential and interactive.
• Participants must think on their feet and react to stimuli.
• Interactive learning experiences are paired with small peer group discussions and individual
executive coaching which allow participants to truly understand the mindsets they bring to bear on
situations, what their behaviors associated with these are, and how they can start to change these.
• Participants are constantly challenged throughout our programs to stretch themselves and apply the practical learnings from the sessions in their day-to-day roles.,
• Participants are set tasks and accountability for individual learning throughout the program.
• Managers are made aware throughout the program of participants’ goals and their actions to achieve these.
